Job Description

  • Understand customer business process, needs and requirements
  • Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications
  • Document functional and business requirements. Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows
  • Track all change requests from customer. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project
  • Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions in response to customer opportunities and requirements
  • Manage the quality of overall deliverables throughout end-to-end sales process
  • Proactively build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor
  • Take ownership and responsibility for customers’ risks and issues, when required
  • Other tasks assigned


  • 3+ years of experience in BA/ PO/ Presales position, proficient in customer-facing & consulting skills
  • Have a general understanding of the E-commerce industry & its models: B2B, B2C, B2B2C,...
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce...
  • Have a good understanding and proven experience in the full life cycle application development
  • Good English 4 skills, especially fluent speaking
  • Have solid organizational and sales skills
  • Excellent proposal writing skills
  • Independent and proactive at work
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things
  • Ability to work under pressure
