RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Building & Client Engagement
- Handle market research activities to propose effective customer approach strategies and identify business opportunities in target markets (mainly AU, EU, and maybe other English-speaking markets).
- Actively explore and participate in relevant communities, forums, and groups
- Identify key communities and channels in target markets (AU, EU) to expand network reach.
- Search and build potential client lists and client information through different channels.
- Executive of outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement
- Drive opportunity conversion and deal closing.
Partner Research & Development
- Identify and build potential partner networks/list (referral partners, local sales, agencies)
- Outreach and coordination for partnership programs
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Delivery, Presales, etc.) on preparing sales documents
- Track and update CRM/client database, partners list regularly with lead status, pipeline opportunities, and deal progress.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- Candidates from other backgrounds with a strong interest and experience in B2B/ITO sales or networking are also encouraged to apply.
- Have at least 1.5 years of experience in B2B/ITO sales
- Good English communication skills (must have)
- Strong research and analytical skills (ability to synthesize market and company information)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills, attention to detail. Strong interest in networking and building relationships.
- Curious and enjoys exploring new people, industries, and communities
- Proactive with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to self-study, work independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead generation tools, CRM tools, AI tools
- Good understanding of the B2B business environment; interest in IT outsourcing services.
- Familiarity with AU or EU markets is an advantage
