JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Conduct market research to develop effective penetration strategies and identify sales opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Prospect for potential clients through cold emails and other digital outreach efforts to generate qualified leads.
  • Generate leads and build partner relationships via summits, events, and forums
  • Engage closely with clients to understand thoroughly their requirements, provide suitable solutions, and nurture existing relationships
  • Be able to deliver the first presentation and presales on Ohio Digital’s capability
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Development.
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor‘s degree (and above), majoring in business administration, marketing or relevant
  • Minimum of 3-6 months experience in market research, lead generation, sales or marketing,... or experience in positions such as Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Engagement...
  • Fluency in English
  • Have good communication, persuasion, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
  • Aggressive with a growth mindset and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
