JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Identifying potential customers from the market (Marketing/Partner events, etc.)
  • Representing the company at events, gathering customer information, and conducting preliminary assessments of customer needs
  • Being the main point of contact for direct collaboration with official partners in the Vietnamese market to create business opportunities
  • Searching for information about potential customers such as location, position, relationships within the organization, etc
  • Evaluate the quality of potential customers based on the company‘s customer evaluation criteria
  • Preliminary discussions with clients about their needs, gathering all requirements to assess the client
  • Analyzing competitors, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports
  • Make quotations, negotiate prices, contract and close the deal.
  • Providing comprehensive client care while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance client satisfaction and drive upselling.
  • Contribute to and build the company‘s market development plan
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with cloud platforms.
  • Fluent in English speaking (must-have).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Alibaba Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Experience in sales operations or support is preferred.
