JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, coordinating with internal fulfillment teams to implement necessary improvements.
  • Work closely and proactively with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to maximize digital revenue and effectively integrate sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including weekly account reviews and comprehensive monthly reporting.
  • Generate revenue and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Identify, solicit, and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns utilizing available tools to generate high-quality customer leads.
  • Maintain clear and consistent client communication, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with customers, aligned with company guidelines.
  • Guide clients strategically, leveraging insights into market trends and platform capabilities.
  • Effectively multitask with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to foster growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably within IT Outsourcing (ITO), demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of social media marketing and industry best practices.
    • Familiarity and experience engaging with English-speaking clients (Fluent English).
    • Strong persuasive communication abilities, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional relationship-building, client-service orientation, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
    • Proficiency with social networking platforms, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and successfully close deals through digital channels.
    • Competence in managing sophisticated advertising programs and understanding diverse delivery methodologies.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • High tolerance for stress and ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive business objectives forward.
