We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our client‘s projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing applications using Odoo. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying Odoo modules to meet the company‘s needs. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Odoo modules according to the project‘s requirements.
- Modify and optimize existing modules for improved functionality and performance.
- Perform system integrations and ensure smooth data migration.
- Maintain and upgrade the existing Odoo system to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with the project team to define software requirements and oversee system testing.
- Assist in the training of end-users and provide technical support as required.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in Python and XML, with a solid understanding of the Odoo framework.
- Prior experience with the Odoo.sh cloud platform is a must.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORM methods.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap).
- Experience in the development and integration of Odoo modules.
- Familiarity with Odoo API and third-party software integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:
- A Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Odoo Certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, CRM, ERP, or similar business applications.

Language Requirement:
- Proficient in English for effective communication with the team and clients.
