JOB DESCRIPTION
With the mission of maximizing employee experience, the HRBP is expected to be the key role who enable a flawless end-to-end employee experience at AHT Tech. HRBP is the central contact between Line Managers and Employees regarding all queries relevant to HR systems and processes, spanning on-boarding, payroll, leave, travel, exits & issue escalations. HRBP will work with various teams in HR, and is responsible for ensuring that employee policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied across subsidiaries and child companies of AHT Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent & Performance Management
- Involve in selection process when needed to increase DNA-matching-level and decrease turn-over rate later
- Guide employee & manager about performance management process
- Facilitate Quarterly Performance Review to support team leader and Division Manager in performance management, C&B decision to attract, engage & retain key talents
- Have employee insight to build career path development, succession planning and high potential talent programs with the organization‘s talent acquisition strategy, rewards strategy and human capital systems administration.
- Corporate with L&D team to develop learning path for employees
Data Management & Reporting
- Weekly and monthly report to HRBP Lead/BOD for human resources issues in general
- Designing and implementing an HRBP dashboard for tracking and analyzing key HR indicators
HR Advisory
- First point of contact for business (employee & line manager) for in charge division when it comes to HR policy/benefit/process/HR system/labor law & employee relations.
- Handle day to day queries from employees, manage expectation
Employee Experience
- Ensure experience of employee life cycle: onboarding, movement, offboarding and matter moments: sick leave, maternity leave and others
- Collab with TA team conduct onboarding orientation for new joiners and support throughout their starting time in the division (be the buddy of new joiners both in working conditions, connections, inspirational support…)
- Guide employee and Line Manager through exit process to enable smooth implementation and conduct the Exit interview
Undertake other tasks assigned by TA & HRBP Team Leader/Head of HR
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, International educational background is a strong point
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HRBP role with a size of 500 people or more
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office
- Solid customer service mindset and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Fluent in English communication is a plus
- Strong understanding of labor laws and experience in handling employee relations
- A hustle person, problem-solver with potential EQ and AQ score
- Experienced in IT field is a plus
