JOB DESCRIPTION 

Requirements Analysis and Test Planning

• Analyze the requirement documents provided by the BA.
• Define the testing scope for the system functionalities.
• Create test plans and test scenarios for the system features.

Software Testing Execution

• Write test cases based on requirements and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing to verify system functionalities.
• Validate business workflows and data accuracy.

Defect Management and Tracking

• Report defects in the bug tracking system.
• Clearly describe bugs so Developers can reproduce them.
• Collaborate with Developers to identify and confirm root causes.

Verification After Bug Fixes

• Perform re-testing after Developers fix bugs.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure related functionalities are not affected.

Applying AI in Testing

• Use AI tools to support test case creation, test data generation, or system log analysis.
• Use AI to analyze logs or assist in identifying root causes of defects.

REQUIREMENTS 

• From 2.5 years of experience in software testing with strong manual testing expertise.  
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, or similar.  
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar languages.  
• Strong interest in applying AI/LLM/Agentic AI tools to improve software testing and QA workflows.  
• Experience using AI-assisted development/testing tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is highly preferred.  
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, qTest, Xray, or TestRail. 
• Experience with embedded systems, industrial software, IoT devices, or hardware integrated applications. 
• Good communication in English
