JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales Cloud and a certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (SFA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce development and be capable of customizing, implementing, and optimizing Sales Cloud solutions that support our sales and business development functions.
They should have a keen understanding of CRM best practices, be adept in Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce automation tools, and have a proven ability to deliver solutions that enhance the sales process.
Location: Onsite Singapore (minimum 1 year)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud applications to support and enhance our sales operations and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
- Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to create robust, scalable applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Design, build, and manage Salesforce automation, including workflow rules, process builders, and validation rules.
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud and develop solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
- Conduct data modeling, configure reports, and provide insights through dashboards for sales teams.
- Implement Salesforce best practices, troubleshooting, and code optimization to improve system efficiency.
- Provide support for user training, create technical documentation, and manage ongoing system maintenance and updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (SFA certification) is required.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Salesforce programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework (Aura and Lightning Web Components).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and its customization options.
- Knowledge of data integration tools (such as MuleSoft, Informatica) and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in Salesforce development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Skills
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer or Administrator.
- Experience in developing and deploying applications within a CI/CD pipeline.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
