JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the main communication point between Chinese-speaking clients and internal IT teams
- Translate and interpret (Chinese ↔ English/Vietnamese) in meetings, emails, and technical documents
- Receive, log, and track IT support requests via ticketing systems
- Clarify client issues and ensure accurate understanding by technical teams
- Follow up on incident status and keep clients updated
- Assist in troubleshooting by gathering required information from users
JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years experience in Project Coordination/IT Helpdesk / Customer Support / Comtor role
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (software, systems, networks)
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
