WORKING TYPE AND TIME 

• Job Type: Remote
• Contract type: Service contract (Freelance)
• Working time: 2 period
• 1st period: Fulltime 8h/day, Philippines business hours
• 2nd period: 24/7 rotating shifts, 40 hours per week 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily cloud operations: monitoring, patching, backup, disaster recovery.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service management standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and resource allocation across cloud environments.
• Document operational procedures and create knowledge base materials.
• Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS 

• 3+ years of experience in cloud administration, operations, or NOC.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Microsoft (must-have): AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-700: Azure Network Engineer Associate
• GCP: Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent service management frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD operations, system monitoring, and automation tools.
• English requirement: can communicate fluently 

Nice to Have

• AWS: SysOps Administrator – Associate.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Prior work in large-scale 24/7 production environments.

SALARY 

• Offer range: Up to 45M gross (can be negotiated according to the periods)
