Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our clients‘ business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows, working closely with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and clients to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS (SERVICE CONTRACT)

• Working Type: Remote. Candidates must be based in Vietnam. Full-time availability is preferred.
• Engagement Type: Freelancer / Service Contract.
• Compensation: Up to VND 50M/month (Gross), calculated and paid based on the hourly rate worked.
• Minimum Commitment Period: 3-6 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and enhance custom business logic, automation, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Design and implement user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and maintain Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Process Automation.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution implementation.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Salesforce applications.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex development, including:
  ৹ Triggers
  ৹ Classes
  ৹ Batch/Queueable/Future processing
  ৹ REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience building Salesforce Flows, including:
  ৹ Record-Triggered Flows
  ৹ Screen Flows
  ৹ Business Process Automation
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and declarative development.
• Experience working with Git and version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a development team.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
