KEY RESPONSIBITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for web applications.
- Design system architecture and database structures based on business requirements.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications and third-party systems.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Collaborate closely with PMs, BAs, Frontend Developers, QC...
REQUIERED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in backend software development.

Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks:
- Node.js (NestJS, ExpressJS)
- PHP (Laravel)
- Java (Spring Boot)
- .NET Core (C#)
- Strong experience in designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-to-service communication, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar event-driven technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database optimization.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) is a plus.
- Familiar with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).
- Experience with Docker, containerized applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Linux environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Good English speaking
