AHT Tech is expanding and continuously finding new partners to join our team!


You will be part of the core team to develop and expand the Korean market, which requires a lot of research, networking, and direct meetings. In detail, your task will include: 

  • Research the market, and define strategies to expand the Korean market
  • Identify key leads from Google search or social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Search for lead’s information such as email, phone, social media accounts, etc
  • Qualify the identified leads based on approved customer ideal profile standards
  • Contact new customers to discuss needs
  • Support existing clients
  • Collaborate with co-workers/ partners/… in Korea to support the sales process
  • Support managers to interpret in offline and online meetings with Korean clients
  • Conduct some basic marketing activities for Korean markets under the guidance and supervision of AHT Tech’s Marketing team
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • Have at least 2.5 years of experience in Sales B2B/ BD/ AE in the ITO field, especially Korean market
  • Have practical experience working directly with Korean customers, with a proven track record, especially successful deals
  • Have strong interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
  • Must be fluent in Korean (Topik 5 and above)
  • Have strategic thinking, a growth mindset, and a positive attitude
  • Aggressive, progressive, proactive, agile, and multitasking at work
  • Having been to Korea (for study or work purposes) is a big advantage
