JOB DESCRIPTION

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Project Manager
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps 
• Design visually appealing and consistent UIs aligned with brand guidelines
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like 
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems and propose to client
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• English speaking is a MUST
• Have your portfolio of design projects along with your application Degree/Certificate in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a MUST
• Have min 2 years of working experience as an UI/UX Designer, worked on different project types, such as CMS, E-commerce, Web App and Mobile App
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, wireframe tools and other graphics related software
• Experience in designing real-world products (e.g., SaaS, mobile applications, web platforms)
• Ability to monitor, measure, and improve UX based on user data
• Preferred candidates with experience in startups or product companies
• Experience in graphic design is a plus
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills, proactive and self-motivated
