JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java Spring Boot.

• Implement Backbase solutions to support digital banking and financial services.

• Optimize backend performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs & Microservices for seamless system communication.

• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes.

• Maintain high security standards and best practices in backend development.

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical discussions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in backend development with Java Spring Boot.

• Strong experience with Backbase for digital banking solutions.

• Proficiency in RESTful API development, Microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.

• Deep understanding of database design (SQL, NoSQL) and caching strategies.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English communication skills, able to work with international teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services or digital banking sector.

• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
