JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/IRM/SPM/HRSD)

• Preferably with more than 5 years relevant working experience in the implementation of ServiceNow solution.
• Candidates with relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM, IRM, SPM and/or HRSD will be preferred.
• Responsible for implementing solution on ServiceNow.
• Review customer’s current business processes and translate to customer pain points.
• Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues.
• Setup CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow Production and non-production environments.
• Develop reference architecture for ServiceNow integration with WOG services and external internet services.
• Conduct POC to validate customer use cases.
• Assist the project management office to assess implementation efforts based on customer use cases.

2. ServiceNow Developer (FSM, App Engine)

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly FSM and App Engine modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
