JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage full sales cycle including:
- Prospecting & identifying new business opportunities
- Qualifying leads (Inbound & Outbound)
- Meeting customers, understanding business needs
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and closing deals
- Receive, evaluate, and qualify Inbound Leads from Marketing channels and convert them into Business Opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings (online/offline) to present solutions and consult customers on ERP/IT solutions.
- Collaborate with Presales & Technical teams to propose suitable solutions and pricing.
- Support preparation of market research and competitor analysis for Enterprise Accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Participate in events, conferences, workshops, and forums to expand network and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline in CRM system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 3 years of B2B sales/business development experience (domain IT), with a proven track record and direct sales (customer facing) experience, preferably in ERP industry
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong networking abilities with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in identifying opportunities and crafting effective sales strategies
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
- Growth-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilitity.
