JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java Spring Boot.

• Participate in implementing Backbase-based solutions for digital platforms.

• Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

• Optimize backend performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Write clear and maintainable code, following best practices and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot development.

• Experience or familiarity with Backbase platform and background in banking or fintech projects..

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).

• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and containerization tools (e.g. Docker).

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Good English communication skills, able to work with international teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
