Ohio Digital is an innovative company that offers full-cycle services in both design and technology: from Art, Branding, UI/UX design to traditional Web/App Development combined with cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Web 3, etc.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales executive to join our IT outsourcing team, which specializes in creative design and graphics services. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the creative design field, exceptional sales skills, and a proven ability to build and manage client relationships. This role is key to expanding our client base in the global market, increasing revenue, and positioning our company as a trusted partner in the Creative design field.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Client Acquisition & Business Development:
    • Identify and approach potential clients in need of outsourced creative & graphic design services.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the IT outsourcing sector.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored design solutions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  3. Sales Process Management:
    • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Manage sales pipeline, track metrics, and performance reports.
    • Responsible for leading the development of all relevant sales documentation ensuring responses are accurate, commercially viable, on time, and of a high quality
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the internal design team, presales, and technical teams to ensure that client needs are met.
    • Work closely with marketing to develop sales materials, case studies, and content that supports lead generation and business development.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in IT outsourcing, particularly within the creative & graphics design industry.
  • Experience in building strong C-level relationships in target accounts.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of graphic design, UI/UX design, branding, and digital creative solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in securing large contracts and managing long sales cycles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English to work directly with the customer;
  • Client Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and processes 
  • Strong network in industries that frequently outsource design services (e.g., marketing agencies, tech companies, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
