JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery from initiation to Go-live and handover
• Own scope, timeline, budget, resource planning, and overall project governance
• Manage business requirements, solution design, and change requests (CR)
• Monitor burn rate, cost control, and financial milestones
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks proactively
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication, UAT, and acceptance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, QA, DevOps) and assign tasks based on competencies
• Directly contribute to software development, deployment, and implementation when required
• Ensure adherence to ERP methodology, documentation standards, and system/data integrity
• Develop team capability through structured training plans and performance oversight

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Having at least 3 years of experience at Project Manager (PM) position
• Experienced in implementing ERP projects on platforms such as Odoo, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, etc 
• Experience managing SME to enterprise-level projects
• Experienced in working with end-users
• Good English communication skills 
• Solid understanding of core business processes such as: Sales – Purchase – Inventory – Accounting – Manufacturing – HR
• Basic understanding of system integration and customization
• Ability to understand and interpret basic project financial reports
• Skilled in problem solving, negotiation, team management
• System thinking and service-oriented mindset
• Having project management certification (such as ACP, PMI, PMP) is preferred
